If any details are missing, an error page will prompt you to review and complete them before proceeding. After completing your order, a confirmation screen will appear, allowing you to make any necessary changes to your selected furniture, delivery address, or payment details. Once you've verified the order's accuracy, click the 'submit' button, and you'll receive an automatic 'Thank you' page. Be sure to print it for your records.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Upon placing your order, you'll receive an automatic acknowledgment email with brief order details. After processing your order, you'll receive a second email confirming your Kama Furniture delivery specifics, including the expected delivery date. Our dispatch department will send an email and text message 1-3 days before delivery, giving you the option to accept or decline the proposed delivery date. If declined, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date. This message will also contain a tracking link for your delivery status. On the day of delivery, you'll receive a final text message confirming the order is en route.

What occurs on the day of delivery?

What if I'm not home during delivery?

As all deliveries require a signature, we cannot leave the furniture unattended. It will be returned to the distribution center, and you will be contacted to arrange another delivery date, incurring an additional delivery charge.

Can I choose a specific delivery day or time?

We strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible, usually within 20 working days from the order date. Deliveries are made on a date of our choosing, but we'll coordinate with you to confirm delivery to your area. If you cannot accept delivery, we'll reschedule for the next available date.

What if my furniture doesn't fit?

You are responsible if the furniture doesn't fit, so carefully check all doors, stairways, and available space. If the furniture doesn't fit during delivery, a delivery failed fee will apply, with the cost depending on your location and the specific products.

Do you offer international delivery?

How can I pay for my goods?
